It’s been SOO long since I’ve written, so I’m not too sure how many people still read my blog! If there are some left, then I guess I’ll update you!

We got back from the trip and settled back into our house on May 31st. Well not completely settled, we haven’t unpacked most of the boxes from the things we didn’t bring on the trip, but the things we brought, and the things we bought are all unpacked.

When we got back into the house we didn’t get settled that much, because we have to travel from calgary to unity Saskatchewan and back a whole bunch of times because my parents own 2 major investment properties there. Which include; A laundromat, a campground and my uncles house….But that really isn’t an investment!

We also drive to Winnipeg quite often since all of our relatives live there!!! We went there for a gathering just recently at my aunts house. and after the gathering, my mom, my two aunts and I drove back to Calgary for the Weekend to end Breast Cancer walk that was taking place here.

My mom tore (or at least she thinks she tore) a muscle in her ankle because she wasn’t fully trained to walk 60km! But my aunt made it just fine because she had done the previous walk that was in Winnipeg. My other aunt that came was just there to cheer them on.

My Auntie Carole (my moms twin) ivented the funniest name for our team. Our team was called the “Crushed Cans”. You know like when you go for a mammogram they squeeze your  boobs to test if there’s something in there…I forget what they look for but hey! I’m a kid, Who cares!!

Our little logo thingy-ma-bob was “Have you had YOUR cans crushed lately??”. So many people laughed at our sign!! Well Melanie and my cousin Miranda’s sign. I made my own that said “Go Crushed Cans!” But being the typical older sister, Melanie just HAD to cover mine up and show off HER sign! Sheesh! That’s gratitude for ya!

Well I’ve basically updated you, other than the fact that I’ve slept in every morning, spent too much time on the computer, and ate way more than usual! But hey! I enjoy it!

Hi again everybody…

I know I know, I haven’t written in this thing for 2 whole months…There’s 2 reason’s for that…1: I have been slacking off…2: My stupid blog page didn’t have the administration tab, which is where you usually would click to be able to write!

I’m sorry to say this, but my sister won’t let me use her calendar, so I can’t update you guys with what we’ve done…But what I can say, is that We are now in Montreal and the rule that my parents made up was that if we are in a french speaking place, then we have to speak french…EVEN IN THE TRAILER! We even have to say prayers in french…and let me tell ya, that ain’t easy!

I think the plan for today is to go into Down-town Montreal. Oh, I forgot to mention, yesterday we went to a drive through Zoo…It was SO cool. You have your windows in your truck rolled down all the way, and you can buy a bag of carrots, and so there’s like elk, and deer and a whole bunch of others like wild boars and little piglets..

You show them that you have a carrot, and they’ll put their heads in your car until you give it to them! I once had 2 Elk girls stick their head in my window at the same time! It was funny! Then we saw some bears and wolves. Oh and some Coyotes. They were all in caged areas, for security reasons of course.

Dad’s hair is really long. He’s convinced that he wants to grow his hair out like Billy Ray Cyrus’. It’s kind of scary once you think about it. Here’s a picture to get you started. pictures-of-our-trip.jpg

Well the day before yesterday…or Monday, I started taking horse lessons. I started by learning how to sit properly, and having control, and then at the end I rode bareback…I even got to jog bareback…It was Awesome!

Then I even got to jog Bareback!! It was so cool! I thought I was going to fall off! But my instructor, Michelle told me to hold on to the horses mane, because it has no feeling, so you can just hold on as tight as you want, and they won’t get hurt.

Yesterday, I got to Lope. Loping is running at top speed on the horse. It was fun, but I’ve got to say, it kills your butt! You have to hold on to the back of the saddle, or nothing at all…She told me that I had to let go of the saddle and follow the horses movement.

I did that, and I seriously felt like I was falling off. Then at the end of that lesson, I got to jog bareback…except no hands holding on to anything…I just had my arms out and I was like a T on the horse. It was scary…I seriously almost fell off.

Well I just thought that I would tell you about the lessons…and I will keep you posted! Talk to you later.

I just found this out….I absolutely positutly HATE writing a blog…you can ask my dad, ever time he forces me to fight, I argue with him and say “Da-ad! Why do I have to right a stinkin’ blog?!” And all he ever says is “Because you do”. Grr! It drives me mad! But then I thought about it and I came to this.

I know I’ll disappoint all my “fans”wink wink, nudge nudge -cough- if I don’t write anything. And I know that Sharon doesn’t know where the heck I am in this world if I don’t write. And I also know that Half of my friends who said that they would read my blog, don’t but whatever.

It’s their choice if they do or don’t read it. But anyways, it’s time to fill you in with stuff that we’ve done since we got kicked out by the stinkin’ U.S government.

So on the 15th we went to the Winnipeg Mint. This isn’t just some cheesy mint factory, this is a big government building where they make the coins and bills that we earn and spend for some good things. -Cough- Shopping -Cough- ha ha, yes I’m a shop-a-holic, but that;’s not what we are talking about right now.

So anyway, we went there, and we got to lift a gold bar worth 400,000 dollars. There is a security guard that watches it 24/7, and it ways a TON! Well not literally, it only ways 30 pounds, but it’s still alot!

I found out by this activity thing-a-mo-bob, that a block of gold, the same size as the concrete ways a HECK-of-a-LOT more than the concrete. It was a lot. And guess what?! If I was made out of gold, my parents would sell me in a Heart-beat. In gold, I would be worth, $1,72,288.48 that’s One million, Seventy-two thousand, two hundred and eighty-eight dollars and forty-eight cents.

That’s a lot eh? I would sell myself too! But that is completely impossible so I’m not going to even try. Anyways, I got a stupid cold now, and it really bothers me. The first night I had it, I only got about 3 hours of sleep,and it was the day that I got my cartilage pierced. That’s the top part of the ear for those of you who don’t know what the heck that is.

Anyways, the second night I got about 30 minutes of sleep, PLUS 2 nose bleeds that didn’t stop for like over an hour and a half. Mom has the cold too, and Dad and Melanie are starting to get it now too.

So yesterday, my cousins came over to play with us and our new Wii, and my dad and theirs went snowmobiling. They didn’t get home till super late, and my cousin Renae had to go to bed. Well so did I but we each had our own room in the basement.

So Janessa (the second oldest at 14) had to wake Renae up so that they could go home. So Renae went to the bathroom, COMPLETELY in her sleep, and forgot that she was supposed to go upstairs to get ready.

So she walked back to bed, only to MY bed, where I was sleeping. Now remember, Renae was Completely asleep, so she didn’t have a clue what she was doing. So I woke up, and was like “Whoa! What’s she doing here?” And I was like “JEN!!! Renae’s in my bed!” And Jen was like “Renae! Come on! It’s time to go!” And she threw the covers over and pulled Renae by her feet!

And when Renae got upstairs, my mom gave her her toque to put on she put it on her feet thinking that they were socks! Man! I wonder what Renae did when she found that out this Morning! Ha ha.

So as some of you may already know, I was in Florida for Christmas. Actually some of you may ALSO know, that I have been in Florida since November 20th. It’s actually very warm. Except for today. Today is about +10…That’s cold to me…I’ve been slacking off in +30 weather for 3 months, and man I have to say..today it’s absolutely FREEZING.

Oh, and I have some breaking news. The US government are such jerks, because they are kicking MY family out of the US. That was horrible…Because we had to leave beautiful Florida with the beautiful +25’s, and we have to come to the terrible Manitoba with the terrible -40’s with the windchill…BRRR… That’s cold.

Any hoo..I will write a full update tomorrow or, whenever I get around to it. I just thought that you guys out there would like to know what’s up. So ya. Talk to ya later!

Sorry Guys!

I’ve let all my homies down. Ha ha Just kidding! I have been so cyberspaced out, I just kept pushing away my blog! I have been playing a game I’ve downloaded called “Toon Town”. I’m not quite sure how many people out there have heard about it, but it is such a fun game. In this game, you are a toon, and you have to defeat robots that take over your buildings, so Cogs (the robots) apparently can’t take a joke, so you have gags. The gags that you get are pretty much pies and squirting flowers.

It is fun. You even get to take over cog buildings, which originally started as a toon’s building. Anyways, enough about Toon Town! We are having a BLAST in Florida. The Temperature’s nice, the pool is AWESOME, and well, we aren’t stuck in the cold with all of the Canadians.

Ha ha. Anyhoo, the temp was about +23 today. Much better than the freezing cold -15ish weather. I’m speechless. But one thing I must say is…I LOVE FLORIDA!!! I bought a new Eeyore towel today. It is SO cool. I don’t know about you, but I absolutely LOVE disney characters.

Even if it means like piglet and such. They are so cute. But there is one thing I must know. Why does Eeyore have a bow on his tail, if he’s a guy? Or is he even a guy? That’s what I want to know…Oh and is christopher robin a guy or a girl?

Obviously he’s a guy because nobody would name a girl “Christopher”. XD…Bahahaha. Sorry guys, I’m having a weird moment! -Inside joke with my friend Rena from school-

Anyways, I have to go now. It’s time for me to eat some homemade popcorn made on the stove, and then I have to go to bed…>:/…I hate having to go to bed…Oh well…Talk to you later!

Well this morning, we went swimming, well I went swimming anyways.  So the church we went to was  called ” The rock”. My parents saw this church driving by somewhere, and they figured “Oh well, it’s close and we have to try a new church.”

The rock church was like….gospel!! So much gospel!!! The pastor or speaker person kept saying Oh my god! Oh my god!! For like every word!!! Dad thinks that she was actually using his name in Vein!!

Well, the sermon or the WHOLE church service was A LOT longer than we expected….It was 2 AND 1/2 HOURS LONG!!!! That’s crazy talk! The topic was Ruth, a girl in the bible, but the pastor only talked about her for like 3 sentences…the rest was talk about people on t.v, models, stuff like that…

Oh and the worship there was at LEAST an hour long….Or more….I like to sing and stuff, but that was just crazy business.

After church, or I should say CRAZY church, we went home and cleaned….I organized my gitch drawer, if you don’t know what that is, it’s not that important…BUT if you MUST know, it’s an underwear drawer…see? Nothing special…

After cleaning, we got ready, and had some yummy supper at the wonderful fabulous PONDEROSA!!!!

I love ponderosa..Well now, since we just got back from supper, we are going swimming. So talk to you later!

Well last week we went to a campground in Alabama called ‘The Woods RV park and Campground’. It was fun. The owners’ dog had puppies, and that’s what we would play with. this is what my favorite one named big’n looks like: Curious Big’N.

She is the rarest kind of dog because they are usually the color of the boys..But yeah..they are so cute..I was crying so hard one night because I missed big’N so much..but when my dad threatened to take away all memory of them, I had to stop,…other wise he would’ve taken away my pictures and everything!!

I think Big’N is the cutest! I like belle too! Belle is the only one they are keeping..Wahh! I wish they could keep all of them!  Oh well…Life is life…I wish life were more fair! I asked mom if I could get Big’N, because I have enough money, but she said NOOOOOO!!

Well yesterday, we went to a drive-in movie. It’s where you bring food and such, and you drive into a parking space which is in front of a screen, and you watch the movie from in your car! It’s so much fun! We watched the bee movie! It was funny.

Before we went to the Movie, we went to a covered bridge at a mill call  Kymaulga mill.It’s a mill that makes grain. (they still do!) Even though the mill is falling in the water, they still make grain. They charge you 3$ a person to go in. They do that because it will help them make money so that they can save the mill.

They want to save the mill because it was made in 1867. It almost 200 years old! The people that made this mill, made it so that they could have food during the civil war. It was tucked way in the trees.

It was interesting. We bought some of their grits. Grits are little pieces of corn. They are the pieces that can’t be made into anything. You can only buy grits in the states. They are good. (well the ones that Quaker makes!) The ones that they gave us, where yellow.

They weren’t as good as the ones that are processed. I have to say. I would recommend going there because the people there are friendly, and because it may be gone into the water by the time you go.

At the mill, there is a goose. He is basically the people that live there’s pet. He used to have a mate, but lost her to an accident. Poor thing. As you may know, geese mate once, and they stay together until they die. But the sad thing is, is that he lost it’s mate to a poacher.

The owners of the mill, came out one morning, and saw that the goose was laying down with an arrow in it! The goose was killed with a bow and arrow! The goose is now really sad.

What he does now, is that whenever a car comes and parks, the goose comes and looks at his reflection. He thinks that his reflection is his mate. And whenever a car takes off, he will follow it and start screaming.  The owners are looking for a new mate, because it will  be less hard on him.

It’s so sad to see him there. He only sleeps beside a car, or mirror because he can’t stand to sleep without “her”. It’s so sad. Poor thing. Well I guess I’d better go. Talk to you later.
